Shipping policy

Draft — pending legal review before launch. Terms below reflect what Branvas, our fulfilment supplier, actually honours.

Dispatch. Orders ship in 1–3 business days after confirmation. Tracking is emailed at dispatch.

Delivery. Windows vary by destination and are estimates, not guarantees. 17H13 is not liable for carrier delays.

Rates. Free on orders over $125. Below that, rates are calculated at checkout by destination.

International. Duties, import taxes and brokerage fees, where charged, are the recipient's responsibility.

Wrong address. Orders returned to sender for an address error can be reshipped at cost.
