For products in the 17H13 Denim edit, request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing admin@17h13.com with your order number. Try your jeans on indoors. To qualify for a change-of-mind return, items must be unworn beyond trying on, unwashed, undamaged and have their original tags attached.

Contact us before sending anything. We will provide return instructions and the correct address. You pay tracked return postage for a change of mind or a size you selected; return postage is not refundable. For an incorrect or defective item, contact us with photos so we can arrange a remedy at no cost to you.

After an eligible return is received and inspected, we refund the amount paid for the returned item to the original payment method. Allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear. This guarantee does not limit your statutory rights.
