Refund policy

Window. 30 days from delivery. Pieces must be unworn and in original packaging.

Pierced earrings are final sale. For hygiene, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once opened. This applies to every earring in the index.

Change of mind. Email care@17h13.com with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is at your cost. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the piece.

Defective or damaged in transit. Report within 7 days of delivery with photos. We replace the piece free of charge — no return shipping cost, no restocking conditions.

Exchanges. Handled as a return plus a new order.

Statutory rights. Nothing here limits rights you have under local consumer law, including any statutory cooling-off period for distance selling.
