30 days from delivery on unworn pieces in original packaging. Change-of-mind returns ship at your cost; defective pieces are replaced free. Pierced earrings are final sale. Full terms under Refund policy.

Hygiene. Pierced earrings can’t be restocked once opened, so all earring sales are final. Defective or transit-damaged earrings are still replaced free.

No. Water, soap and steam accelerate wear on plated finishes. Remove pieces before showering, swimming or exercise.

Measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits: US 6 = 16.5 mm, US 7 = 17.3 mm, US 8 = 18.1 mm, US 9 = 19.0 mm. Both rings run sizes 6–9.

Each piece lists its plating, base metal and stone setting under Materials & care on its product page. Specifications vary by piece and are being finalized with the supplier; pages update as they land.
