Agreement. Using this site or placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms and the policies linked from them.

Pricing & orders. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing or listing errors; cancelled orders are refunded in full.

Product accuracy. Pieces are photographed on calibrated gray. Materials are stated per piece once confirmed by our supplier. Minor variation between screen and object is not a defect.

Intellectual property. Site content — imagery, copy, the 17H13 mark — may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 17H13's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the object concerned.
