What we collect

From the demo form

• Business name
• Your name
• Phone number
• Neighborhood or city
• Email, if you add one
• Your consent to calls and texts, with the date and time you gave it

When you visit

Our web host records basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the page and keep it secure. Your browser keeps a small note that you have seen our intro, so it doesn't play twice. Payments happen on Stripe's own checkout page, which uses its own cookies to process payment and prevent fraud. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

For demos

We build demos from information businesses have made public on map and business listings, such as name, phone, address and hours.

If you sign up

Billing details go to our payment provider. We don't store your card number.

Your customers' information

On plans that take bookings, messages or missed calls for you, we handle your customers' details only to run those features for your business. That information belongs to you. When you leave, it comes to you as spreadsheets.

How we use it

• To build your demo and send you the link
• To call, text or email you about your demo and our service
• To set up, run and update your site if you sign up
• To bill you and answer your requests
• To follow the law

Calls and texts

If you gave consent on our form, we may call or text you about your demo and our service.

• Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
• Msg frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply.
• We don't share your phone number or text consent with anyone for their marketing.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run 17H13 Studios: our website host, domain registrar, payment provider, and email and text message providers. They can use it only to provide their service to us.

We also share information if the law requires it.

Sale of information

We don't sell your personal information. To ask about your information, email us.

How long we keep it

• Demo requests: up to 12 months, then deleted, unless you become a customer.
• Customers: while you're with us, and after that as long as tax and accounting rules require.

How to opt out

• Texts: reply STOP.
• Calls: tell us on the call.
• Email: reply "stop" to any email from us, or write to admin@17h13.com.

We take you off our contact lists the same day we get your request, on every channel.

Children

This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security

We limit who can see your information and use providers that protect it. No system is perfectly secure.

Changes

When this page changes, we update the date at the top.
